Looking at these photos I can feel the love and joy SO MUCH all over again. Bianca and William make it so easy to instantly want to be their friend. Their day was full of gorgeous hand made touches- Bianca is a super talented textile artist, so all of those gorgeous indigo napkins, bandanas, table clothes, etc- yeah that was all her (Tierra Boheme). Not to mention she, William, and Bianca’s mother made all of the centerpieces and ceremony tambourines. And her sister came through with the paper designs like the signs and menus and invites, tying in the ethereal indigo watercolor looks.
After their first kiss to end the ceremony, their friends and family sang to them, and celebrated with the above mentioned tambourines and ribbons. Ending the ceremony with that much tangible joy kicked off one of the best parties I’ve been a part of! (P.S. Is their dog Ranger not the cutest thing you’ve ever seen??)
Between the stocked bar, the dessert table featuring some of William’s favorite recipes from his late grandmother, and the late night munchies like popcorn from their current home state Kansas, the guests were set to party into the night and celebrate these incredible humans coming together.
More of their super thoughtful details include:
Food celebrating Bianca’s Hispanic heritage- churrasco, arroz moro, maduros, as well as flan and tres leches for dessert.
Friends and family were a huge part in making the day a success- they helped put the entire reception and ceremony space together including flower arrangements and centerpieces.
The signature cocktails were the bride and groom’s favorite drinks: Jack and Coke (William’s) and Moscow Mule (Bianca’s)
A few of the Persian rugs were from Bianca’s late step-grandmother.
