Rebecca and Patrick wed on a warm September day in a venue from your industrial dreams in Downtown Durham.
They started the day off at the stylish and midcentury Durham Hotel, where Rebecca and Pat got ready surrounded by their closest friends and family. Some of Patrick's clients made them personalized stickers with little illustrations of the couple, as well as personalized perfume and cologne. So cute!
Their first look was outside of the historic and stunning Duke Chapel, and from there they traded nerves and anticipation for smiles and joy and excitement.
We traveled to the American Tobacco Campus. where beautiful florals and the dreamy gold geometric accents adorning the tables under the bright natural light from Bay 7's skylights provided the most romantic atmosphere. And can we talk about that insane, gorgeous, amazing copper/floral arch?? As the sun set, the natural light became the golden glow of candles on tables and market lights strung up across the ceiling. Rebecca and Patrick wanted their wedding to be filled with fun and celebration, and they definitely succeeded- complete with a choreographed first dance and some epic dance off's.
Since the Angus Barn caters for Bay 7, we enjoyed the most DELICIOUS steak followed by their famous chocolate pie. At the end of the night, they exited with sparklers, and got on the Shooters party bus to continue the celebration. <3
